An outlet for all things Keaton!
The ravings of a die-hard Busterphile, silent film maven, and mental time-traveler. Just spreading the Busterness across cyberspace and looking forward to a little dinner and a show!
From time to time, you'll find a few other things on my blog, like Boardwalk Empire & Richard Harrow. And stock car racing. And some music and stuff.

Did you know that Anita Page was the oldest surviving adult silent film actress? She passed away in 2008 at 98 years old. In 1998, she had this to say about Buster:
“He was a fascinating man to talk to — and very funny — he thought “funny.” Keaton’s comedy was more physical. [Charles] Chaplin, he was more humorous. To be as great a comedian as Keaton was, I think you have to be born with something like that in you. I don’t think it’s something you just pick up. He was just so funny! We don’t have anyone today like my dear Buster. He was one of a kind, a real comic genius.” (Source: bustermylove)
